The 18th century farmhouse, and it's surroundings, are a little piece of Provencal heaven.
It was Norwegian oceanographer Jan Olaf Willums who bought and renovated it in 1993.
A small production of 35 thousand bottles of wine are sold each year in Europe. Labels
created using artists works shown at the gallery are featured on a select edition called Cuvee des Artistes.

In our search for Norwegian links to the wine industry, I did stumble over
the winepages to Italian Caiano. This winery is actually own by a Norwegian
( since 1997 ).
They make two kinds of Cianti:

The winyard lies in Maipo-valley outside Santiego. Here they make the wines:

he'll make some good wine in the future.
